Lovely single room in shared house, Bishopston

Decent sized single room available. Rent includes bills. Share with 2 females. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. French doors lead from open plan kitchen/ lounge onto decking and pergola. South west facing large garden so very sunny :-)

Near Kellaway ave (Tesco Golden Hill) and Gloucester Road (Golden Lion)so easy access to bus routes. Lots of parking space and room for bikes in the shed (rear lane access).

Current residents are Hazel 27 and Michelle 47 (home owner). we are friendly, easy going, considerate and independent. We get on very well despite a 20 years age gap and very different jobs as we have similar values and interests. Essentially we are looking for someone who we would both get on well with. It's difficult to quantify in lists and descriptions?

We are fairly quiet in the working week but like socialising at home and out and about at the weekend. And occasionally we have a house party!
We keep the house tidy and have a cleaner once a fortnight which helps.
