I have an amazing double room for rent in my great new home just off Pembroke Road. Its gorgeously light and airy, is a 15 minute walk to the triangle and about the same to Clifton Village so you really couldnâÂÂt get a better location.
The flat is furnished and comes with all the usual mod cons including a dishwasher, wifi etc. There is on street parking with spaces always available and is close to all the local shops etc.
A bit about me; IâÂÂm a 35 year old professional. I really love this city, exploring new areas and meeting some great people. My hard core clubbing days may be behind me but I do enjoy a few drinks out with friends but also the odd night in with a bottle of wine and good film!
I am looking for a flat mate hopefully around the same age (male or female) £600 all in.
Minimum term is for 3 months, there are no agency fees, one monthÂs deposit will be needed.
