Double room, leafy Cliftonwood

I have a double room available to share with myself and one other woman and of course my gorgeous chocolate Labrador. The house is in much sought after area of Cliftonwood. It enjoys magnificent, open views over the river and the SS Great Britain from the lounge , the room available and the kitchen, and we have a large stepped garden with plenty of potential for an allotment, if you're interested in growing veggies.
We're an easy going, quiet household and friends can stay over with negotiation with myself. You are likely to have the house to yourself at least one weeksend a month as I work in London then.
We are a 5 min walk from Clifton Village with its tempting shops and eateries, and 10 mins from the centre of town. Buses can be caught from Clifton.
The area has a seasidey feel with its painted houses, cobbled lanes and seagulls and is really a very pretty part of Clifton. Also very quiet. There are local community events if you want to get involved, particularly the Hotwells panto!
