We have a very sunny double room looking out to the garden, to let in our lovely Victorian garden flat , from 1st November It has been newly refurbished The room has a new double bed . The flat is situated on the ground floor of this restored Victorian house in the prime location of Clifton.
You will have use of shared large kitchen/diner and unlimited Broadband, and Cable TV in the lounge . On street parking available Mon - Friday from 5pm till 9am and all weekend
Local shops, supermarkets, banks, cafe's - 2 min walk.
Clifton Downs, zoo, and suspension bridge all close by.
The price is based on a Mon - Fri let but for 550 could be for 7 days per week
Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside only. Female preferred.
