Beautiful flat in great location - single room M-F

Hi, I have a single room in my Georgian flat in Clifton available to rent on a Monday - Friday basis. The flat is in a really central location, five mins from Triangle and Whiteladies road, five mins from Clifton village and ten mins walk into town. There is also residents parking on the street so you will even be able to park your car (previously impossible).
It's only me in the house (media professional in my thrities) and i'm out a lot so you'd have the place to yourself for half the week. Full use of newly re-furbed kitchen and bathroom and happy for someone to make it their home-from-home rather than just a bed for a few nights.
All bills included - quick wifi, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Single room is compact but there is a built in wardrobe and large storage space on the wall. The room opens onto a nice bit of outside space with communal garden accessible at front and back.
