About the Flat
Available from the beginning of April 2017, a room in a spacious flat in Clifton. The flat itself is located on Pembroke Road; five minutes walk from Clifton Down Sainsburys and about ten minutes from the Triangle and Clifton Village. It’s a nice quiet part of Clifton out of the way of the main student routes.

It’s 3-bedroom first floor flat with a large living room complete with balcony and a separate dining room. The room itself is of a good size (big enough to fit a double bed) and comes unfurnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished to a good standard.

All bills are split three ways; this includes Virgin Media for TV & cable broadband, gas, electricity, water & council tax (band E), these all work out at about £150 a month each. Rent is £400 per month. Minimum contract is 6 months, after which it is rolling. There is on street parking around the flat (there will be a small annual charge for this because of the council's residents' parking scheme)

About Us
We're two young professionals (both male). We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate is moving out at the end of March. As we've lived in the flat for a while it is pretty well equipped so you only really need to worry about furnishing your own room! We're pretty easy to get along with, and the flat’s big enough that we don’t get in each other's hair too much.
