Lovely Double With Large Bed And Great Location

Hi there,

I'm looking for a new housemate (guy or gal) as my lovely housemate has just bought a house. Ideally, my new housemate is someone who is tidy, enjoys chatting over a cuppa/glass of wine, taking a visit to pub for a pint/ pub quiz. I'™m generally a very active person. I enjoy running, cycling, softball, badminton and ultimate Frisbee- and a housemate that has similar interests would great.

For the practicalities.... The flat has a large living room and kitchen/dining room. Your room has a super-kingsize bed with plenty of storage space spread over a quirky shaped room (see the photos!). The flat is a stone™s throw from the Clifton Down train station and bus stop (great for commuting). There is a large Sainsbury™s less than 2 minutes walk from the front door and there is easy access to lots of fun restaurants and bars on Whiteladies Road and the triangle (Gloucester Road is a pleasant 20min walk through Redland).

The flat has a good covered/secure space for bike storage.

Rent is £505 per month (this included council tax and water). On top of this is the electricity (roughly £25/month each), internet/virgin tv/tv license (roughly £25/month each) and gas (approx £20 per month each). I usually budget £550-575 a month. The landlords live upstairs and are really good at sorting out any problems that arise, and because they'™re handling all the contractual stuff there are no expensive admin fees for letting agents.

The flat is available on the 1st sept.

No smokers, couples, shift workers or students please. Though, I may consider a mature student.
