We are a friendly social couple with a sense of humour who would make you welcome in our home whilst respecting your privacy. We have 1 male and 1 female lodger who have their own en-suite/bathroom. The house is located in a quiet small Close adjoining fields with cycle track and walks and has Off street parking. Supermarkets, shops, pubs, restaurants, doctor, dentist and Library are nearby. Convenient for Emerald Business Park, Bristol & Bath Science Park, NCC, Frenchay, UWE, MoD Abbey Wood, AVIVA, Airbus, M32/M4/M5, Parkway Station and served by various bus routes. The warm, light and airy double room and en-suite with power shower are to a high standard. The room is situated at the front of the house overlooking the Close. It has a double bed, large double built-in wardrobe, desk and two chairs, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. There is an iron, ironing board and kettle in the room. Sky+HD TV with Sports channels and WiFi Broadband. The room is cleaned once a week with a change of towels and bedding is changed every two weeks. Soap and toilet rolls are provided. Use of large kitchen and large family room included. Owners have a separate lounge. Personal items can be left in the room over the weekend.
