Large living rooms, big breakfast kitchen with usual white goods. Bathroom shared with 1 other. Wired broadband and wireless throughout house. There's usually an open bottle of wine in the fridge to share :o)

Private garden with sun trap terrace.

Parking isn't a problem, can always park outside house. All the same, secure off road parking's available if required.

The Frome River Valley is just 200 yards away - a great piece of countryside in the city to unwind and jog or walk in. We're close to parks, Bristol - Bath cycle path, bus routes, local shops and M32 with easy access to City Centre, M4 & M5.
