Double room for rent in exec house

Double room for let in new exec type house for short term let.

Available until Nov 2016. Moving then and the house will be let as one property. My new house will be in Kingswood and there will be the option to move into my new house if you wanted longer.

House has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine etc, lots of storage. House very nice, airy and modern. 2 cats also live at this house at the moment so guess new lodger would need to like cats.
I also have a 9 month baby which sleeps in my room. My room is on the third level on opposite side of the house to the room being rented. Therefore you will not hear the baby in the night at all, she sleeps through the night anyway.

The room to be rented is very private in that the bathroom is right outside the room and opposite side of house.

House has broadband. Nice friendly household, very happy house. Looking for nice friendly person to share with.

Room has double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom would be yours. Main suite has ensuite.

1 months deposit required. Identity document and reference from your employer.
