Hi,
We're looking for a new housemate. We have the upstairs, garden facing, double bedroom free. It's peaceful and sunny with a view up onto the lovely old houses of Montpelier.
We're on a quiet one-way street just next to a park and local shop. It's a great central location for Stokes Croft, Cabot Circus/Town and St Werburghs.
We are a couple with a small, but not tiny & yappy, dog (Harold) and a cat (Jazzy).
The house is fully furnished with all mod cons and a modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with shower and deep roll top bath. High speed virgin broadband with fast wifi throughout.
The rent is all inclusive of gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband etc.
We're looking for a sociable but considerate person to join our home – someone equally easy going, house trained and lovely. If you like the sound of our house then please come and have a look.
We'd also consider a Monday-Friday person at a discounted rate.
