Lovely room in Redland flat available midweek

Room available midweek in a lovely flat in Redland. It’s in a great location with central Bristol, Gloucester road, White ladies road, Clifton and The Downs all within walking distance but the flat itself is tucked away from it all on a quiet, safe road. The street in beautiful and tree lined and there is always parking spaces available.
I’m looking for a friendly professional to live with who would like to make it their midweek home. I've happily lived with plenty of people in the past and am pretty easy going. Ideally you'd be a similarish age and house trained! I'm open to someone who wants to keep them selves to themselves or who'd like to be more sociable.
The flat is a good size with a lounge/dinning room, separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bath/shower. The flat is furnished to a good standard.
The available bedroom is big and comfortably fits a double bed and furniture. There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers which you would have full use of.
The room is available from now. I’d suggest 2 months as a minimum agreement but am open to slightly shorter stays if necessary. The rent includes all bills.
