Garden flat in Redland Bristol. Excellent location

(Full time let aswell as Mon-Fri. Female's only, flexible on age if right person). The room is a furnished double with currently a 3 ft single bed (you can change if you like), own entrance to garden from bedroom plus your own shower room. The flat has been refurbished recently to a high standard!! Im a clean tidy person and respect peoples privacy. The flat is two minutes walk from the vibrant Whiteladies Road in Clifton. 
Bus stops, Clifton Down train station, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants!. Will suit a clean tidy person that can also respect my furniture & the flat. Also i like going to the festivals in Bristol I'm a big fan of the summers here !!. :) You must like cat's i have 2 gorgeous boys they won't really bother you but their very friendly!. :)
