The flat is at the top of a large house with two flats below, with the (very friendly and helpful) landlords living part time on the bottom floor; they also have a house in Devon.

Dundonald road is just above Redland Green Park which is a fantastic quiet, safe and convenient location. With Whiteladies road within walking distance, Waitrose and a cinema just round the corner plus even closer smaller convenience stores and pubs.
