Flatmate Required for Redland House ASAP
Hello!
We need a nice new flatmate for 3 Redland Court Road for a house in a lovely area of Bristol in a big 7 bed house with garden.
All rooms have double beds and there is a spacious kitchen/living area with sofas and social space. There's two bathrooms and a W/C over two floors. This flat is the maisonette of a larger house, and there are others living in another flat downstairs, but this flat still has two spacious floors.
Great transport links: bus stops round the corner for buses 8, 9, 15 and 19 (and others), and 5 mins walk to Redland station which has trains straight to Temple Meads. Close to Gloucester road and Whiteladies also.
We need someone ASAP as tenancy starts 4th July 2014 until June 30th 2015, but we could be negotiable on tenancy dates slightly.
It's £380pcm which is slightly under average for Bristol rents, but still is a lovely spacious house.
There's also an agency fee of just under £183 as a one off fee for the estate agents.
We're happy to have anyone in this flat, already there's 3 boys, 3 girls doing a mixture of subjects at the University of Bristol but UWE applicants welcome. Students only though please!
