MALE professional wanted asap for house in Redland

We’re looking for a professional male to join our amazing house located at Manor Park, Redland. The room for grabs is on the top floor and is very charismatic, and you’ll be sharing with 3 others; Gwen (27, Primary School Teacher), Charlotte (27, Events Coordinator) and Rick (26, IT Project Manager). The room should be free week commencing 14th July.

*What will it cost?*

Rent - £370, Bills ~£80, Deposit: £250, Moving in fees: £150 (although we’re trying to halve this).

*Who are we looking for?*

First and foremost you have to be a guy. The last successful applicant turned out to be a bit flakey with the ole’ rent, so you’ll need to be able to provide references and be able to pay the first months’ rent before moving in.

Anyways back to the good stuff! We’re looking for someone who will fit well with our personalities, so bonus points if:

- You’re sociable, chatty, and spend more time in the living room or kitchen than you do in your own room.

- You’re single. The 3 of us are all single, so drop the girlfriend chat and embrace Tinder as your bible. Even more bonus points if you make a good wing man.

- You’re cooking skills make Jamie Oliver look like a school dinner lady. There’s around 20 years of experience from the Hospitality industry in the house, so the bars set high. We’ve also got a cosy Dining Room table that likes a get together at least once a week.

- You’ve got some serious FIFA skills. We’ve got a 51” TV and a PS3 so someone needs to step up. If you use the Alternate control style, then you’re probably in the correct age bracket too!

- You respect the fact that a world without Beer or Wine in the fridge at all times is a terrible, terrible place which nobody wants to be a part of. Speaking of which, our Spirit cupboard looks pretty damn impressive.

- You’re pro-active with cleaning duties. You can be clean, we can be clean, the house can be clean, end of. Happy wife happy life… or whatever they say.

*Why would you want to live here?*

You’ve hopefully got a taste for our personalities by now (and that should be more than enough), but if not here are a few more points:

- The location is brilliant. We’re a few minutes to Whiteladies Road, even less to the Downs, and maybe 15/20 minutes to Gloucester road.

- There are more Fireplaces in this house than you can shake a stick at. Heck the living room even has two! Want a bathroom with a fireplace in it?! You got it.

- There’s a nice little secluded garden out the back of the kitchen, and it’s definitely overdue a BBQ.

- We’ve got a basement. Most ads usually say “No serial killers”, ours should say “Are you a serial killer looking for a place to store bodies?”
