Small double room available in lush townhouse

Hi there.
We’re looking for a new housemate for our lovely Redland townhouse. It’s just off Durdham Park, a stones throw from the downs and has a garden and 2 balconies too.
The house itself has 4 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite), 1 main bathroom, a separate toilet, living room and kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, netflix, Apple TV, Sky etc… And there’s free on street parking available nearby as well as access to the development’s bike sheds.
The room itself is a furnished small double which shares the main bathroom with just 1 other.

About us:
We’re 3 professional females in our early 30’s. We work in media/charity/social care. We have a part-time dog (who’s lush) and a full-time cat (who’s a part-time dickhead). We enjoy the usual (film bingeing, light exercise, pints in the local and the odd mad night out) and it’d be great if you do too.
About you:
Male or female, late 20’s-mid 30’s professional, clean tidy and respectful and sociable.
The room’s available from the 6th October and is £600 pcm incl. all bills.
