Double room to rent in garden flat on Redland Road. Looking for someone to move in middle of April.
I'm a relaxed 41 year old but like to keep a clean tidy flat and a cat does live at the property too. Pretty social, out a couple of times a week.
Use of the whole flat, not the biggest double room but can come with a fitted wardrobe, double bed and chest of draws if you need furniture. Big sunny living room, kitchen off the living room, gas oven but sorry no dishwasher. Shower over a bath in a shared bathroom. Front & back garden as well as permit parking if you have a car..
Price includes all bills unless you are working from home. Utilities nearly double with last housemate due to working from home, there is access to broadband.
