Doubled Bed Room in Redland - Female Only

Hello,
Our current housemate has sadly moved back home to sunny California, therefore we have one double room available in our friendly Redland townhouse. The room is available from now.
THE ROOM
A loverly light room looks out upon the garden is fully furnished with a double bed, small wardrobe and bedside table. The bathroom is shared with the other girl tenant.
THE HOUSE
Large kitchen and living room leading onto a decking area that’s raised above a lovely small garden below where in the summer month we grow various veg. There is an allocated parking space out front and also a garage that can fit a small hatchback sized car. We are lucky to be situated only a stones throw away from Whiteladies Rd and all the wonders it has to offer!
THE TENANTS
There are currently three housemates – 2 guys and 1 girl – as one of the girls has vacated we would like another girl to move in to keep the balance. We are all young, qualified professionals and would prefer the new housemate to be a working professional too, preferably between the ages of 21-30 would be ideal but age isn’t a huge issue.
We are a sociable bunch and have enjoyed MANY barbecues this summer and often eat/drink and go out together. We would like a girl that would be willing to join in with the social aspect of the house rather than just use the house as somewhere to eat and sleep!
THE BILLS
The rent is £300pm and the deposit is £484 which is held with the deposit protection agency. The house is let through a small agency who charge a small fee – I think it’s £100 – to do the usual faff that they do (references/contracts etc.). Bills are not included and typically cost £100 each pm.
