Double en suite room required professional lady

I am looking to rent a large double room, with en-suite.

I would prefer to share with a female, and not live in a family home with children.

The rent has to be inclusive of all household bills and use of washing machine, cooking facilities, etc.

I am easy-going and friendly, but do like my own space. I will happily muck-in with chores.

I enjoy the outdoors, walking and hiking, reading, friends. I don't smoke or drink.
