Straight to the point: I'm looking for a studio flat with own kitchen/bathroom (NOT sharing) in London and surroundings not far to tube/train stations (I don’t drive). My budget is £1000 with all bills included (I could pay a bit more if the studio is worth it). Also, I prefer first floors and higher rather than ground floors, but again...it depends on the place.
I work in Media and from home most days.
I'm single, from Spain and I've been living in London since 2004. I'm not a fan of parties or noise, the kind of guy who goes to bed at 10 pm after watching a Netlix movie! I also enjoy reading, writing, walking, West End musicals.
I'm basically a very boring person, a landlor's dream! I just hope you are not a tenant's nightmare and you don't take 2 or 3 weeks to fix the washing machine it it breaks! :-)
