I’m a 22-year-old part time Master’s student
Recently found full time work in the centre of Manchester. My budget is around £600-700. I am gay so ideally would like to live with girls or other queer people, but I’m honestly not picky as long as you’re respectful.

I am able to pay a deposit and 1 months rent in advance and I can provide references from my last rental if required. (this was a student rental).
