UC Accepted Small Room for Male

Note I am open for a place/room anywhere in the UK not necessarily in London although that is my priority.

Hi there,

Generation X male looking for a quiet small room (If Possible - will consider larger). I am looking to move in between April and June 2024.

My Landlord is selling the place I am in now which is why I have to move out. I had been there for 16 years.

I am very low maintenance. I don't need or expect much.
I will not be any hassle and will be respectful and clean.

I am quite a placid and laid back person. I work from home, self employed on projects most of the year and can offer you rent paid on time as I am backed up by Universal Credit.
I am considering doing a degree and need somewhere quiet and somewhere I would not be disturbed.

I can move out of my current place pretty soon or if you have something that might be available up to June I would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of my work I can live anywhere in the UK. My priority is Islington but anywhere in London or the UK I would consider providing it has good internet coverage.
