Room for my Summer Internship

I’m a 2nd Year engineering student from London looking for a room. I’ll be starting a summer internship as a junior engineer at the TJ Brookes SPS facility on or near the 24th of June, and I’d be staying for around 3 months. I would be away some weekends, and I’m a quiet, respectful and friendly guest.
Please let me know if I would be suitable to stay in that range of dates, approximately 30th of June to 30th of September.
