Quiet and tidy, looking for a room to rent

Hi i'm Philip and i'm a 46 year old looking for a temporary place to rent. I'm very quiet, tidy and considerate! I'm currently on full paid leave after having a mild heart attack last november. i am going to make a full recovery from it. i will be wanting to buy my own house, so it is only a temporary solution i'm looking for. Until last year id had my own house since 2001 and had sold mine a few months prior to me having a heart attack and was in the process of buying another. ideally i would like to share with someone my own age, ish or above. i don't drink or smoke. i'm a very sociable person and very easy to live along side.
