25F Seeking Friendly House Share or Buddy Up

I’ve recently accepted a job in Brighton and am looking for somewhere to call home until the end of December 2024.

I’m keen to make the most of the summer months by the sea, so would be happy to move ASAP, but need to be in situ by the start of July latest for work. My budget is around £800, including bills. Something (part) furnished would be ideal, but happy to furnish a bedroom.

I would love to find friends in the people I live with, but I also appreciate everyone’s need for their own time & space. I’ve lived in shared houses before and would like to think that I’m easy going, tidy and respectful.

I usually spend my free time at the gym, reading, going for day trips and walks, meeting up with friends, playing netball, or enjoying some down time with a glass of wine. For me, it’s a balance between cosy nights in and planning the next adventure!

It would be great to hear from anyone who has a spare room in a friendly house share or would be keen to buddy up together!
