L1 or Ormskirk - PhD Student

In October I will be studying my PhD at Edge Hill University, as well as delivering some teaching provision, so I am now looking to secure some accommodation. Ideally to start at the beginning of September 2024.

I would prefer to be situated with professionals or other post-graduate students.

I am looking for somewhere either in Ormskirk, or preferably Liverpool which is close to Liverpool Central or Moorfields stations (10 minute walk-ish)

Accommodation-wise I am searching for;
1) A good sized Double/King Room with sufficient space for storage and a desk.
2) Ensuite preferred
3) Budget max of £700pcm (to include bills)

I am a clean and sociable individual, easy to get a long with. I'm interested in playing and watching sports (Volleyball, Rugby, Football) with a varied taste in music. I have a keen interest in Philosophy, which is my research area.
