Urgently needing room to rent

Needing to find somewhere to live by end of June at the very latest, as my landlady is selling our house. Have been here 8 years.

I am 38 years old, very quiet and work full time in North Cheam.

I like to relax when I come back home from work.

I also love reading a good book, talking about current affairs, gaming, having a good laugh and socialising with the housemates.

I am clean and tidy and would like to find a place that is also clean and tidy.

I am a smoker, but I always smoke outside.

I have a gecko (called Jethro) who is housed in a small, locked, vivarium in my room, away from other people. But if needed, I will find him another lovely home, so please, don't be put off by this.

The place I am living now is for sale, so I am looking for a room to move in as soon as possible. My landlady has allowed me to leave as soon as I find the right place, and I do not need to give notice.

I have excellent references, as I have been living here for 8 years.

I am looking for a double room, £700 pcm (including bills), with house commodities and communal areas, as I don't like to eat in my room.
