Room available in sociable Montpelier house

Hello, we’re looking for one new housemate to take a room in our 4 bed house in the Montpelier/St Andrews area ASAP :)

The house is in a perfect location: 15 mins walk to city centre, 5-10 mins to Gloucester Road and 5 mins to Montpelier train station! Loads of pubs, restaurants etc just a stone’s throw away

In the property: Garden, washer + dryer, 3 bathrooms (1 per floor) incl shower + bath, air fryer, TV, Wi-fi speakers

We also have a garage + driveway and on-street parking is permit-free

We’re offering the choice of two rooms in our house:

One room is smaller and will be offered at £537 per month (we pay £25 each to whoever is in that room).

The other room is bigger in size and is available at £637 (£612 base rent + £25 to tenant in small room).

Bills are not included but the rent is super cheap for the area and is by far the lowest we found whilst searching for the place. Bills come to roughly £100 pcm but this is likely to go down in the summer without heating!

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate as the house is currently 2 guys and 1 girl (all age 23).

All of us are super sociable and always up for a pub trip or day out and we’re therefore ideally looking for someone who is the same :)

We’re all working professionals and are hopefully looking for someone who is the same for council tax reasons, however, if you’re a student (3rd year +) and are willing to chip in on tax then feel free to get in touch! :)
