Large, spacious two double bedroom flat with two bathrooms - one en-suite - so each bedroom has their own bathroom. The flat is in a great location about 10 minutes walk from the Harborside area and Bedminster. Southville is just up the river a short walk away and there is a juliet balcony in the lounge area that overlooks the river.

The flat comes with parking included for 1 car.

I am currently in the process of buying the flat and am looking to complete by the end of May, but my lease on where I live now finishes at the end of July. Because of this I won't be able to move into the flat until the end of July.

I'm ideally looking for 2 people to take both of the rooms for a 2 month period (ideally the start of June until the end of July). There is potential to extend 1 of the rooms after the end of the tenancy period.

The images attached are as the flat looks now. The flat will be repainted, deep cleaned, furnished and ready to move into by the agreed date (no gross wall colours lol).

Electricity, water, service charge, ground rent, council tax, wifi will be included.
