My name is Justin and I'm in my thirties and I will be the only other person you'll be sharing with in this three bedroom house - so there will be plenty of room. I am in full time professional employment and in my free time I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities including cycling. In the evenings I'm happy with a glass of wine and a film, cooking, a few beers at the pub etc. I wouldn't describe myself as much of a night-owl. I also have good-natured, house-trained cat.

I'm looking for a relaxed, considerate, clean & tidy male or female, mid-twenties plus, with a similar mind-set who is in full time professional employment, is friendly with a sense of humour and must be a non-smoker.

I am happy to consider full-week lets (bills not included in price quoted) or lets for Mon-Fri (bills included).
