Your room will have a large built in wardrobe with drawers inside, desk to work on and a tv in the wall. All bills included, cleaner comes every fortnight to clean communal areas and super fast 900mbps broadband.

The house has 2 shared bathrooms, one upstairs with shower and bath and another downstairs with another shower. Large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, conservatory with dining room table and sofa, Living room with large tv, utility room with washer/drying.
There is a nice south facing garden with pallet seating area to enjoy the sun in the summer and plenty of free parking on the road.

The house is in a good location with the 75/76 bus that goes right outside the house and straight into the centre, Parson Street train station 15minute walk down the road and a Co-op across the street.

You will be living with myself and my girlfriend plus another girl. We are all working full time with my girlfriend working from home 3 days of the week. I’m looking for a professional that is clean, tidy and easy to get along with. Likes to socialise and have the odd beer or 2 on weekends.
