I have a Large Double furnished room to let for up to 5 nights in my home, I am a friendly owner looking for a professional tenant.

There is a garden patio area to relax in if you wish to on summer evenings, a TV in the room, on street parking or off depending of the size of your car and WiFi available.

The property is close to M4 / M5, 1. 85m which i use daily, Airbus, Rolls Royce less than 1 mile, and Filton tech 2m. Cribbs Causeway 1. 4m and 4 miles from UWE, 2. 66m from parkway train station and 20mins Bus to M. O. D.

There are Bus stops 2 minutes walk, taking you to Cribbs Causeway, Bristol town centre and Gloucester Road, 20 minutes walk to Aztec West "please see the bus timetable online for more info".

I'm looking for a tidy professional non smoker 5 days a week.
who can provide the standard required references and one month's rent/damage deposit.
