Single room in great location

Hi!

I'm George, currently looking to find someone to take the other room in the flat, as my flatmate wants to move somewhere with a garden. The flat is in a really good location, being in between Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road. Quick walk to get to the centre and the local area has loads of venues + cafes + restaurants + independent shops.

Landlords are solid and no stress- always give pretty decent notice before visiting and do thorough yearly maintenance. The room is unfurnished, and council tax is band A. Start date is potentially flexible

I’m easy going and tend to keep to myself during the week and socialise at the weekend. Also go to a lot of gigs, so would be fun if you’re into music as well :)
