Use of the kitchen with oven, hob airfryer and microwave, washing machine.
Can use living room but it does become the man cave on an evening! I am a gamer, run brands and companies during the night and day.
I live here with my partner and we frequently travel , both quiet professional and looking for similar person to make use of the spare room.
Previous tennants have all been long term, wholesome community living in the block.
Top floor so no noise above us and great views of long ashton
