Here is a lovely room for a couple. The room is en-suite and comes unfurnished.
We are a couple who are leaving the room and looking for someone to take over. There are two more tenants, both of whom are full-time professionals.
It's a quiet house, and everyone respects each other's personal space. Also, a good fit will be someone who likes to take care of the common spaces. We will be glad to find someone to replace us in this lovely house. The house is close to the city centre and in a very nice area, a 15-minute walk to Cabot Circus.
The house is a 3-story building with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and access to a small garden.
The rent has to be paid on the 29th of each month. Bills are not included in the rent price except for the council tax. Feel free to message us with any questions.
