I'm renting out my lovely home over summer as I'll be away.
The rent of £1350 is inclusive of all bills (fair usage gas and electricity applies).
It will be available from 16 June to 18 August.
It is fully furnished. As it is my home, it will have everything you need here: kitchen stuff etc. I will clear out wardrobes and drawers etc., so there's space for tenant' stuff.
No parties allowed.
Would like to rent out to a single professional or a couple. If you can look after my plants, even better.
