Fully furnished single room available in 3 bed

Hey! We’re Kimmy (she/her, 38 - live in landlord) and Sam (he/him, 36) looking for someone to live with us either Monday to Friday or full time in the third room. It comes with a bedside table, clothes rail, desk and bed. You can paint it however you like or leave as is.
£475 full time including all bills, toilet paper, olive oil, cleaning stuff etc.

There is full use of the fully equipped home gym on evenings and weekends (I’m a work from home PT but only work daytimes). It opens up to the field behind the house for workouts in the sun.
Nice big garden where we grow veggies and fruit, which you are welcome to join in the fun with!
The dog is a 10 month old flat coat retriever called Ava. She is pretty chill and loves cuddles, a great therapy dog!

About us - both single (we’re not a couple - Kimmy is gay), we love to make our own food including fermenting and trying new things, foraging etc. We like a couple of beers on the patio in the sunset now and then when it is warm enough but we are definitely not a party house (in bed by 10 normally) so not looking for a party person. Although we do have the odd games night and movie night and friends over.
I like to make the house feel like a community but where we can also have our own time and space. Shared dinners are welcome!
7 minutes walk from St George’s park.
2 car driveway and free on street parking.

We’re both quite calm, chilled people who work full time so looking for similar. You can work on the big table in the dining room if you work from home.

Move in date is the beginning of June. Current housemate is moving out on the 2nd but I am in no hurry to fill the room, I just want someone who fits in with us!
