Two bed Victorian house, short-term let, St George

I am letting out my lovely two bed Victorian terraced house and garden in St George for two (ish) months while away travelling this summer. Current availability is 20 May - 4 August, but there is some flexibility on dates - get in touch to enquire.

A lot of love has gone into doing the house up over the last few months, so I'm seeking responsibly minded tenants to feel at home here while treating the place with respect and care. Green fingers ideal, as the garden is blooming and I'd love for you to enjoy it /look after it when you can. The garden is east-facing, so you get the sun from first thing until 5 pm ish - it's a perfect sun trap.

Rooms: hallway, lounge, dining room, bathroom (including bath and shower), kitchen (including electric oven and microwave), large bedrooms x 2 (one including standing desk).

The house is very well located, on the border of St George / Speedwell:
- 2 minute cycle to the Bristol-Bath cycle path, which then takes you into the centre of town within 15 minutes on bike
- 10 minute walk to St George park
- 10 minute walk to Greenbank, 15 minute walk to Easton
- 5 minute cycle to Fishponds
- 5 minute walk to lots of regular bus routes to the centre of town

Bills (inc. fibre broadband) included.

Fully furnished - I will clear out my clothes, ornaments etc, so you can have space for yours.
