This home is based in Greenbank and is 5 minutes away from Stapleton Road train station, taking you to temple meads, Montpelier, redland, Clifton, filton etc and 20 minutes away from broadmead/city centre. Lots of lovely cafes and shops in the area aswell. The local is the Greenbank pub which hosts some great nights but the plough isn’t too far in the opposite direction either. Lots of green grocery options too.

This is a Double bedroom (facing garden) to rent alongside 2 professionals .There is a lovely dining room and south facing garden. All bills and wifi included. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped. Some general items i. e. cleaning products, toilet paper etc are provided.

Looking for full time working professional or student. Must work out of the house as I work from home. Must be respectful of space by helping to keep it tidy. Some cleaning products provided. I’m fine with having partners stay over and occasionally, friends too. Happy to share the occasional meal and relax/socialise in the same space but also do like my own time.
NO SMOKING in house but garden is fine.

The room comes with bed, wardrobe, draws, lamps and mirror provided.
