The bedroom include's a new double bed and new mattress, blackout blind, two bedside cabinets, small storage unit, shelves, mirror and a period fireplace and wardrobe . You will also have access to a shared bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Please note this is a single occupancy listing and a non-smoking flat.

Guests
Due to past experiences, I have decided that the room is for single occupancy and only on a rare occasion an over-night guest would be allowed.

Other things to note
Ideally looking for a young professional, such as myself. Happy for my lodger to use most items in the flat and would obviously expect items to be treated with care.

The monthly price advertised includes bills (electricity, water, and fibre-optic broadband). Council Tax is separate.
