Double Bedroom in a Spacious, Modern Clifton Flat

My housemate and I are looking for a flat mate to live in our very spacious, newly refurbished flat in the heart of Clifton Village.

The room is a good size and comes with a double bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobe.

You would share a bathroom (with a combined shower and bath unit) with my housemate, as I have our own en-suite.

Bills (excluded from the rental price):
- Energy (metered so based on usage): approx. £70 p/m
- Water (metered so based on usage): approx. £15 p/m
- Council Tax: approx. £70p/m
- Internet: £10 p/m
- Cleaning: approx. £15 p/m

We are looking to live with professionals (that work from an office or hybrid) who are non-smokers, pet-less, mature, clean and relaxed/easy-going. We enjoy tennis, running and climbing, music and cooking.
