Spare room in 2 bed Top Floor Flat in Clifton

Hello hello, I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my flat in Clifton. My flatmate is sadly moving home at the end of April so I'm looking for someone to move in soon!

It's a lush little oasis on the top floor of one of the Clifton Terraces; it’s flooded with natural light throughout the day and has amazing views over Bristol too. I'm looking for someone easy going who likes a mix of chilled evenings in but is also happy with a bit going on.

The room is a cozy and fully furnished double with views out over the communal garden and across to the hills beyond Bristol. There’s a big living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom (with bath and shower).

The location is amazing; Clifton Village is a few minutes walk away, the 10 O'clock shop is just downstairs, and Can't Dance Coffee is right on the doorstep. Despite lots going on around it, the flat is super quiet up on the top floor. The neighbours in the building are amazing - four of which are also in their late 20s and we’re regularly around at one another’s in the evenings.

There's a stunning and really peaceful communal garden that we have access to too which is bliss all year round but really comes into its own in the summer. There's communal fruit and veg patches too so you can wander about and PYO at the right time of year.

There’s lots of storage space in the flat, including for bikes (upstairs and downstairs). It has all the amenities - dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Bills aren’t included in the rent and come to an average of £56 a month, plus Council Tax (Band C) - this will be discounted to £60 per month for May, June, July but will go up to £91 from August as I tragically won’t be a student from then on.

Wifi is good so working from home is possible but not preferable.

You'll be sharing with me, Georgia (29 year old grad medical student - graduating this summer. I try to keep busy so am out quite a bit in the evenings and am an early riser. I love cooking, running, reading, making things and getting outdoors).
