Large flat with amazing balcony

Hi everyone, my name is Chris, I'm 30 and I’m looking for someone to move into this awesome apartment with me.

My current flatmates (they’re a couple) are moving to Canada and the bedroom pictured will be available from Sunday, 26th May.

I couldn’t be happier with the flat and location; it’s right in the heart of Clifton Village, with all amenities on your doorstep and a 10-minute cycle into the city.

It’s a gorgeous 1st-floor apartment on Royal York Crescent, situated up on top of the hill, with your bedroom and balcony south-facing overlooking Bristol. All ceilings are double height with extra large windows, so your bedroom is lovely and bright.

It’s a two bedroom flat, and your bedroom is a fully furnished double with the option of buying my current housemates' sit/stand desk, desk chair, monitor etc.

The living room and kitchen are also fully furnished, and we have a washing machine in a cupboard in the hallway. It’s a spacious flat, I’ve been living here with two others and really enjoyed it, so there’s plenty of storage.

I run a training business, and I work from home 90% of the time. (Both bedrooms are easily large enough for desks).

My friends would say I’m obsessed with fitness 😅, but I like to think it’s a healthy relationship. I’m a sociable guy, like adventures, and enjoy learning about business.

Ideally, I’m looking to find someone who shares similar interests, is clean and tidy, is a professional, and is sociable in the flat.

Having friends over for dinner and drinks is certainly cool with me, but it’s not a party house.

The rent is £800 plus bills (£135 per month).

Bills include: council tax, water, gas, electric & wifi.

Minimum stay 2 months.
