Double ensuite room in Clifton

Stunning large double bedroom available in amazing Clifton location!

I am subletting my room in this lovely Clifton flat as I am moving to Canada for a short while. The room will come furnished as seen, with the exception of the wooden chest under the window, the TV, and the duvet/pillows, as well as the decorations. It has two built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The flat itself has two further bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a large kitchen/diner and large open plan living room. It is located a five-minute walk to Whiteladies Road, a 10-minute walk to Clifton Village, and close to many public transport links. There is on-street parking for a fee via the council.

In terms of flatmates, you'll be sharing with one PhD student and one working professional. They're both really lovely girls, very social so not in all the time, but happy to hang out when they are. They're interested in gigs, getting outdoors, reading, dancing, climbing, and more.

We're keen to find someone who isn't looking for a party flat (the PhD student is nearing the end of her studies and has a lot of work to do!), and who is clean, tidy, and respectful of everyone's space. Veggie/vegan preferred as we all are.

Please note this is a SUBLET, the current plan is for me to be returning to Bristol at the beginning of November, but this may change into a longer-term let. It will not be shorter than October 31st. £650 per month, including bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, and wifi).
