The rent is 700 per month, and bills are approx 100 month (for council tax, water & energy). The deposit is also 700. As i’m looking to move out about middle of this month, you can pay me 350 (as I’ve paid this months) and then the next month will be the full 700.
There’s currently 2 other male flat mates living here who are clean & tidy and i’m looking for someone who is also clean & tidy.
