Cozy double room in Clifton

About the flat:

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, clothes rail, desk, and set of drawers. The room is quite small but the living room area is the real feature of this flat!

Open kitchen/living room space is bright with large windows and high ceilings. We get the morning sun through the living room and evening sun into the bedrooms.

The kitchen is nothing to write home about but has everything you’ll need and is well equipped. There is one bathroom in the flat with a shower/bath.

I’m no clean freak, but I do try to keep the space clean and tidy and would love for you to do the same. The flat is pretty well furnished already so would be suitable for someone who isn't moving with many large furnishings.

No designated parking for this flat but you would be able to buy a parking permit for the area if needed.

The flat is privately owned, so no need to deal with agencies. The landlord is lovely and has been great at dealing with any issues as soon as they arise.

Bills come to around £200 per month each (including council tax - band c), this fluctuates of course depending on time of year and costs increasing! If a student, I would expect to share the costs of council tax, paying half each.

The flat is near Clifton Down, close to Cotham and Clifton Village, most central spots are within a 30 minute walk from the flat.

About me:

I’m 27, I work in the music industry and often work from home, but I do go into an office during the week sometimes too.

I’m from Canada but have been in the UK for some time now, and Bristol for the last few years, all of which have been in this flat as it’s a lovely place to call home! I travel often and keep myself busy with friends, and hobbies outside the home.

The flat has become quite a chill space, a nice little safe haven amidst a busy life so would ideally like to keep it that way. I’m sociable so would love to find someone that is up for a chat or a glass of wine, equally, I understand the need for quiet time or a chill movie night. I usually have tunes playing and tend to a few plant babies, more are welcome!
