Looking for professional flatmate in 6-bed house

Hi! We're looking for a professional flatmate to take the 6th room in our 6-bed mixed professional/student house. We are yet to allocate rooms so can't guaranteed to be staying in the room shown in the photos.

We're a group of 2 professionals and 3 students (all male) who enjoy going to the pub or having a couple of beers and playing some games. We're looking for a clean and tidy, easy-going flatmate. You must also be willing to split the council tax with the other two professionals. The property is council tax band D.

The property is in central Clifton, a short walk from Whiteladies road and the triangle. It's a very homely house with a large kitchen and living area as well as a small garden.
