Huge double room - top floor flat, Clifton Village

The flat is spread across two floors, has a separate kitchen, large living room, and two bathrooms. All the usual’s : Wi-Fi, central heating, new washing machine, fridge/freezer, good cooker, microwave, etc. The bedroom is officially unfurnished (but can come with desk, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and king bed if required at extra cost) and the flat is non-smoking.

We also have access to a large and wonderful communal garden, and the best views in Bristol!

The road is relatively quiet at night and there is parking at present on the road.

The house is friendly and sociable, but not a party house. The other housemates are late 20's and 30's, two girls and one guy. It's a pretty easy-going house share and would suit someone similar.

Ideally we're looking for someone in their late 20's to 30's, in full time work (9-5 preferably), and friendly.

• Rent is £330 pcm, bills are approx £100 pcm.

• Available from Sunday 11th April. (possibly weekend before)

• No students or shift workers, sorry!
