*This is a two month rent (27th March - 27th May 2015).

I have a single room available in Clifton - moments from the Avon Gorge Hotel and White Lion pub (which has stunning views of Clifton Suspension Bridge) and the famous Royal York Crescent. The flat is clean with lovely views from the bedroom and sitting room areas. There is a balcony with views of Bristol and the surrouding Clifton area. I have a wardrobe to go in if you need one. All the usual mod-cons such as washing machine, electric hobs, oven, and fridge. I have BT Broadband with BT Sport. There is off-street parking available for free on Royal York Crescent and the top of Granby Hill although you can park on the lower part of Granby Hill through a parking permit.

I am a very relaxed 30-something LLM LPC student who watches far too much Film4 and likes practicing Tai-Chi Martial Arts. I am quite into fitness (recent thing) as well as heading up to the Corrie Tap for Exhibition Cider.
